SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship from our facility in the order they were received. Typical processing time is 1-3 days from receipt of order. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues. Please use additional address lines for important shipment details such as gate or access codes. Be sure to check your shipping confirmation email to track your package.

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii and select International Countries. Most items ship via USPS First Class. PO Boxes ship via USPS or UPS Surepost. If you absolutely need faster delivery than USPS First Class then please email us before placing an order. 

STANDARD SHIPPING VIA USPS FIRST CLASS IS BY WEIGHT & ZONE, NOT PRICE. HOWEVER WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING TO THE 48 STATES WHEN ORDER TOTAL IS OVER $75.

Delivery to 48 Continental U.S. states:

48 States Shipping Price Ranges from $4.50 to $10.50 depending on weight and zone.

Shipping time is 3 to 5 business days.

$75+        FREE

Delivery to APO, FPO, AK or HI:

Shipping Price Ranges from $5.50 to $15.50 depending on weight and zone.

Shipping time is 3 to 5 business days.

APO, FPO, AK & HI also do not receive free shipping above $75. 

Delivery to Canada:

Shipping Price Ranges from $12.50 to $36.50 depending on weight and zone.

Shipping time is 1 to 3 weeks.

Canada does not receive free shipping above $75. 

We ship worldwide to a select group of 41 countries:

Shipping Price Ranges from $15.50 to $36.50 depending on weight and zone.

Shipping time is 1 to 4 weeks.

International Worldwide does not receive free shipping above $75. 

All domestic or international mail shipped is tracked even at the lowest rate of First Class mail. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from date of receipt to return or exchange your item if not completely satisfied. We do not accept bar soap and lotion return/exchange for sanitary reasons. Returns with-in 30 days (minus shipping and handling) will be refunded. Damaged orders will be reshipped or a store credit can be applied to your account. All returns or refunds must be authorized by Aparascent. Returns, refunds and replacements are not possible after 30 days. Please email us at info@aparascent.com to obtain authorization for a return, refund or replacement and we will reply as soon as we can.
